June 13th,2009: Pike Derby
An annual Taylor Park Marina Fishing Derby is held each year and offers cash prizes for longest northern pike, largest pike by weight, most pike caught, and largest trout caught in the Taylor Park Reservoir. Registration begins at 6am the morning of the Derby, with eligible fishing times between 7am to 5pm. There is an entry fee per person. Registration for the kids division is free, with non-cash prizes available.
