Topic: 1198cXSI + 598ciHDsi for Sonar Only

Hello Every1,
So as of late, i'm the proud owner of an 1198cX_SI with an LED screen.
i also own a 598ciHD_SI and have 3 Transducers ; an XHD9 HDSI 180T, a Compact XNT9 180SI T and a 2D XNT9 20T for Higher Speed via A SI DB Y-Splitter Cable.
Now i know the 598 Does Not have Ethernet in order to exchange Waypoints and such via GPS interaction with the 1198 as 1 would w/a 798 BUT if i were 2place the 1198 at the Helm with the XHS9 HDSI 180T and XNT9 20T mounted at the Transom and then connected via Y-Splitter to the 1198 - Would i be able 2 put the 598 at the Bow and connect 2the 1198 for Sonar Readings ONLY?
Is THAT a possibility and IF True - How Would i Do That?

With the 598 not having an Ethernet connection there is no current way for the 598 to get data from any xducers connected to the 1198  ...

Now a caveat  ... HB used to make a switch (US2 W switch) that allowed connecting 2 head units to one xducer ... but even that only allowed one head unit at a time to use that xducer  ...

Amazon shows it  ...  but I doubt they actually have.  It was discontinued many years ago  ...
