Title: extract data from xtf files
Post by: tournevase on June 27, 2022, 05:04:10 AM
Hello
i'm trying to improve the side imaging pictures.

The best viewer i found is  deep view fv. But this viewer shows :
- in full width but compression in the length (so distorded) or
- in full length, seaming non compressed) but very narrow so impossible to read

so i'm trying to extract myself the data from xtf files but it is hard.
I found this https://github.com/pktrigg/pyxtf
after awfull moments with python, i got some data as lat and long but i'm not able to extract the depth and the SI data.

i found "Triton Imaging, Inc. eXtended Triton Format (XTF) Rev. 34" but i'm completly loss.
does somebody have ideas ?
