Problems Recording with 899ci HD SI Combo

Hello,

I'm having problems recording with my new sonar unit.  I have an 899 ci HD SI Combo unit that I installed yesterday.  When I went out to test recording I received the message "ERror Creating File.  Recording has stopped".  Everything seemed to be working fine.   I have since reformatted and tried multiple different SD cards in the unit.  While continuing to test the unit began freezing up etc.  Please advise on next steps for troubleshooting.

if you were recording and had a map in the second card slot this can happen   my 798  can only handle one or the other not both
if I run my auto charts and try to record at same time it cant handle it

Hi,

I solved the problem by reformatting the SD to FAT32 rather than FAT(Default).
