Hi,
season just go started here and I open the AutoChart PC software so I can play with it but I got a weird message saying "License already in use on allowed PCs".
I have this copy since day 1 and never had that issue before.
how can I fix that?

I would call customer service. i had a similar issue when i first got mine. i put it on one pc and it would not run correctly (windows xp with old video card). i removed it off that pc and put it on my wifes laptop(windows 7) to see if it would run and it ran correctly. I had another pc (windows xp) that i actually wanted to run it on cause i didn't want to use wifes laptop and then got the message you got. Had to call customer service and get new license issued and it now runs fine on w7 and xp. I got mine the first week it was released so i am sure customer service will be more helpful. (I had a heck of of time convincing them i was not trying to run it on more than 2 pc's or pirate the software!!) You can put it on 2 pc's max.
I am looking at getting me a new laptop so i will not have to use wifes laptop when i am doing live mapping so i am sure i will be going thru this again but this time i will call them before doing anything.
