Thank you for having me

I have only been a member a day and I am overwhelmed at the amount of knowledge and great information I have gathered. Recently purchased a Helix 9 SI and after reading various posts I'm pretty sure I need to move my transducer to my jackplate ( more centering than current mount). Was wondering for those that have had to move your ducer do y'all just seal the holes with silicone and let it ride? Thanks for having me as a member of the family and I look forward to all the great knowledge that is to come.

I put silicone in the hole then a screw of the same size. Welcome to the board, I am from the coast side of the state. Just north of the outer banks, just south of Chesapeake, Va.
