I have a 998c hd/si on my console and recently purchased a 898c si for my bow but have the opportunity to purchase a 899c hd/si at a good price. Which unit IYHO would be the best choice to link with the 998. What's my best option ? I purchased the cable to link the 898c to the 998 but would I need more or something different with the 899c ? Help and thanks ...

There's not going to be much difference in the 899 and the 898 as far as features ...

The 899 will need an AS EC QDE Ethernet adapter cable that the 898 did not need ...
