live share data wont load

anyone else having trouble with live share???
when i try to access live share  the data wont load with the square red boxes nothing happens get an error               ..operation timed out
same on both of my pcs...frusrtrating when i have uploaded almost 1000 files to site!

I do not know how many members we have that use this feature so be patient if answers are slow  ...
