 How do I change from fish arches to fish symbols?

Hit "Menu" twice to get into the Main Menu System...

Cursor over to the "Sonar" tab...

Cursor down to "FishID"...

Cursor right to bring up "Off - On"...

Cursor down to highlight "Off  - On"...

Cursor to "On"....
