When I first had my Helix 9 mega I thought that I was smarter than the unit. Started making all kinds of adjustments, well I can say I thought that I just ruined my picture. I did a reset default and have left it a lone. The images I am getting are GGGGGREAT. But I did spend a lot of time just going around looking at the bottom.

Some of the examples looks like some kind of electrical interference  ... and some don't  ...

Do you have access to someone that you could test their head unit on your xducer  ...??

Rickie

In this image, ( first in group ), is the SI range set at 1 1/2 the depth?  If so, that might explain that image.

I can't move the image here, so this is the post I'm talking about.

hi, after several problems I managed to make some screens of the problem. Thank you. The Helix has also been reset, but the problem persists.
Thank you again

I'm sure you are more correct than my long shot guess.   The divide and conquer technique is a good choice.

I reset the unit. disassembled the transducer and mounted in the test tank at home, but the problem persists. I also noticed that the transducer makes a slight noise, a light pop-up is normal? the 2d vision works well, but the side and down vision have the problems described. Help
