Hi all -
I have a 998 on the way, currently running 597 at the console.
Was planning on selling the 597 however thinking I may want to keep the 597 and place it near the TM.
Can I run two transducers or will there be interference?
or
Am I better off just running the 998 itself - I'm used to watching it from the TM at the console despite the small screen anyways.... just can't hit the buttons tozoom/change views easily :(

Other ideas?

Both units will be using the same 200kHz sonar frequency; so there will be the chance of having sonar-to-sonar interference. If it does start showing this try turning on and up the Noise Filter menu in the unit that is showing the interference. No guarantees either way that you will have sonar interference or that this will cure it.
