Title: Humviewer User Track
Post by: bobn on November 15, 2010, 11:48:25 AM
I have created user tracks  from a .son recording.  Where does humviewer store the tracks and what is the file format?  Are the tracks exportable using file/export .  My goal is to export the tracks for use in other programs but can't find their location.

SIView will export the boat tracks, in both .txt and .gpx formats, if you have no luck with Humviewer.

I looked at siview but didn't see anyway to create a user defined track like humviewer. Found the user track info in the .xml file created by humviewer to save preferences and settings you choose for each recording.  Seems  tools/show user track must be selected  before  file/export  and then it exports all user tracks for that recording.  If  a single track segment is needed  I'll copy and paste from the .xml .  Also noticed a user track lat/long  on the trackpoint  view doesn't match with the si view .
