I can log into the Humminbird website and when I click on my products or my profile it asks me to register a product. The 898 and the 858 have been registered sense they were new.All I'm after is the latest software update. It would seem we have a problem Houston :/ There is nothing wrong with my two units and I'm sure the warranty is past, have they stopped support for those two units? I'm mystified as to how no one could not notice this issue. I also noticed on this site here the newest updates for my units are missing in the downloads section. Any response would be very beneficial to me. When I tried to re register my products it asks for the SN# & date of purchase, the latter of which I can only guess at this point in time sense I purchased these units 3 or 4 years ago. A little bit aggravating to go though just for a software update :/
PS: I did contact Humminbirds Chat feature which didn't help and then went off line *Eye Rolls*
