Steam ship from I. world war
« on: December 25, 2013, 07:18:02 AM »
Yesterday I have done some side scan of sunken ship from I. world war  (location north adriatic sea)..
The ship was made of wood.. The hull of ship is not visible. There are only 3 steam boilers which are visible on the side scan.

Italian PN class torpedo boat 17-OS from World War I. The boat formed part of the 9th torpedo boat division of the Italian
Royal Navy based at Venice. While laying a minefield in the night between July 2nd and 3rd, 1915, it hit its own contact mine
that exploded, destroying the stern and causing the boat to sink immediately..

steam boilers and some valves
