If that's the case, then I would recommend you first find out the
amp draw of each individual electrical device that will be run
from your console, and total them all up.
Then maybe give yourself a 50 percent safety margin.
So, take the total you added up times 1.50, should give you the
maximum amp fuse you should use.
Also, you have to consider if you have a big motor wired into your console.
Those things will draw a lot of amps when cranking.
I'm no expert, this is just my opinion.
Other opinions may vary.

The main reason why inline fuses are used is because if an electrical
device malfunctions and starts to pull lots of amps, rather than have
melted wires and/or a fire, the fuse will blow first, which will prevent
any other current to flow.
