Title: Helix 9 Chirp Gps G2n won't start up

?? Helix 9 Chrip Gps G2n won't start. New unit right out of the box, hooked to a 12.6 volt power source. unit comes on for about 15
seconds and then shuts off. Increased voltage to 13-14 volt range unit powers up like its supposed to and runs normal. Can then power back to 12.6 volts and unit keeps running. Tried with power cord in quick disconnect, and just the power cord in unit. Same results.

My guess it's not a voltage problem, it is an amperage problem.
