Title: Helix Gen2 Mega Specifications Question
Post by: Whistler on March 07, 2017, 03:44:14 PM
I have heard that the Helix Gen2 Mega units have a dedicated DI element in the transducer.  Does anyone know for sure if this is true?  Has anyone seen an x-ray of the new transducer or does anyone have a pic of the new transducer?

I haven't seen an xray of the new mega SI transducer ..... but it DOES have a dedicated DI element and has much better DI than previous SI units.  I have seen pictures of the new transducer but but didn't save any.   It is also a little longer than the HDSI transducer.
