Title: pc connect cable

could i view recordings using the pc connect cable? i can only see still shots with the humviewer and card reader

No, the PC connect cable is for updating the unit and managing waypoints via Humminbird PC.

You should be able to playback your recordings in Humviewer or YellowFin.

Does anyone know what the pin outs are for the PC connect cable? Am I correct that this connects to the NMEA Comm port where the GPS normally connects?

Hey Mike,
check Gert's threadabout connecting the 987 to a Paymarine Sportpilot. The wiring diagram is in there. Can't find it right now and I'm in a hurry
