Topic: Latest 997 firmware question

I have just purchased a 997 with firmware 4.510 installed. I looked in the downloads section on here for the 997 and it appears that 5.840 is the latest - however, this seems to differ from the HB site, which states 6.3. I am confused !!! Which one is the latest, and do you know what the main differences are since v4.510 ?

Version 6.300 is the latest software update available for the 997c Si unit Ian.  It has not been added to the downloads section of this web site yet (the file is larger than what this web site allows to be uploaded).

They are many differences between the 4.510 and 6.300 software and they are too long to list here Ian.   
There were menus added, moved, renamed, new features added and many improvements.  I know of seven different software changes between the 4.510 and 6.300 software.  I would download the operations manual for the 998c Si unit and go by that (minus the Ethernet stuff).
