Hi all
A quick question. I see there is various versions of software updates (797 ci). Do I need to update them from the oldest (I havent update since I bought) or should I only update with the latest version? I other word, do the latest update have old the older updates incorporated in it.
How do this downloads differ from the one on Humminbird.com?

They are not different other than there are older versions available here while the Humminbird web site only has the most recent software update listed for the unit(s) that you have registered. Robert started putting the software on this web site after it was found out that sometimes if your unit did not load a current software correctly that you could recover it sometimes by loading an older version of software onto it and than load a new copy of the current software. Since Humminbird did not have the older versions of software on the web site Robert decided to put them on his.
