I glanced at the manual some when the unit came in and printed it off. But the truth is that I have not needed it at all. It is still sitting in the compartment I put it in the day I took the 998c out for the 1st time. I was really impressed but the ease of use, and how quickly i was doing cool stuff. like making SI and DI adjustments.
I was also impressed with how quick the LakeMaster was to pick up.

I paid a lot of $ for this unit and it has exceeded my expectations to this point.

Everything sounds great, yes the SI units are impressive.

One of the sites you should review to help you to understand and get the most out of new unit is Doug Vahrenberg's site.  He has a 9 part video seminar on the SI units.  The whole site has good information.

--->  http://www.dougvahrenberg.com/Videos.html   <---  The seminars are towards the bottom of the page.  There is one other video that discusses setting up the unit.
