Welcome to the Humminbird Side Imaging Forums paky.

Yes it is possible but not recommended.  You would have to reattach the wires and still reseal the whole assembly for it to work again.

How old is the transducer?
Where was the transducer mounted?
How was the cable mounted as it came out of the transducer?
What has happened to this transducer?  I see some discoloration of the black plastic housing.

If the cable were damaged farther away from the transducer, it would be possible to repair it (with great care).
With the cable damaged right at the transducer, I don't think I would try to repair it, and I am pretty handy with electronic stuff.  I also would not connect it to the unit in it's present condition......you could let the smoke out of your unit.....only Humminbird would be able to put it back in.

I understand your disappointment! I do! but if I had a unit that cost me over a grand I would buy a new 2-300.00 transducer.
If you do try don't use any auto store silicone use 3m 4200 or 5200 marine sealant its made for below waterline.
Sorry for your misfortune.
