Title: Helix 7 di g2n problems

My brand new Helix 7 di g2n stopped working after the first hour.  I press the power button and I hear a clicking aound but will not power up. Help!!!

Is the unit wired directly to the battery with a dedicated wire size sufficient for carrying the amperage needed ... or wired into the boat wiring harness ...??

I'm hooked direct to batt. I removed the helix and conected my old 598di and turned on right away on sane conection.

I think you will need to call HB ... Sounds like it may need a visit to Eufaula ...
