Title: si unit and di unit

Hi guys, if i add a 788 hd di to my boat and run both si ducer and di ducer on the transom. will i get interference if i run one unit 455khz and the other unit 800khz. (i d like to run both units at the same time)

No you should not get any interference on the Si or DI sonar if you are using different frequencies.
However, both units will still be transmitting and receiving on the 200kHz frequency and so have the chance of having sonar cross-talk interference.

Hi Stig

Yes, there are faults if you used DI and SI  simultaneously. I myself used for DI 83kHz and 800kHz for SI, there were still problems, though not significantly.
