I would like to thank the people of this site for helping me decide on the H B 898. I ordered yesterday and it arrived today. Ordered from universal mania, very prompt service and great price.

 I hava had a 898 since last summer. I really like being able to see what is on the bottom of the lake. It is a view that you would normally never be able to see. I hava found sunken barges, remains of a steam boat, and of course stump rows and ledges for fishing. It helps me find fish, but I still have to catch them. Good luck with your 898.
