Hi,

I have a pair of these and something happened to the one at the console. With side imaging views the resolution (as I call it) is terrible. Unless there is very big structure I cannot detect anything is there. I swapped heads and it seems to the just the one head that is a problem. Display looks good on other views. I tried factory reset and no improvement.

Any thoughts??

You have already performed the basic tests of Restore Defaults and swapping head units  ...
