My 1198 showed up yesterday starting the install now. Check out the diff.
of the 997 to the 1198. Remarkable can't wait to use it.  :)Gary[attachment=1]

Nice unit Gary.  You will enjoy the larger screen.  By the way are you installing this in the bedroom of your yacht???? ;D

If you do.......... get some sonar scan of the "Birdies" ........make sure to send us some snapshots....lol.... >:D

Seriously, I think you will find the larger screen a big help in the display of the scans.
Bigger is always better.
 
Let us know how your first run goes and how you feel about the 1198 on the water......
