Hi, does anybody know how to unregister laptops from autochart. We have upgraded our laptops and would like to use the new laptops. (One had a major crash and is not coming back to life)

That is what I had to do when my computer crashed and I had to reinstall Windows. Contacted HB and explained the problem and they sent me a new reactivation code.

Okay, then ill try to email them first. I think it will be kind of expensive to call from norway.(and save me from the humiliation of speaking english) :) and thank you for the helpful replies, i googled it and looked in the manual but could not find the solution to this. 😊

I contacted Humminbird via the support web site http://www.humminbird.com/Category/Company/Contact-Us/ (http://www.humminbird.com/Category/Company/Contact-Us/) and once they replied via email did everything by email. I sent the help request on a Sunday and got the following response on Wednesday.

Thank you for contacting Humminbird. I am so sorry to hear about the problems you are experiencing with your Humminbird Auto Chart Pro. I have gone into the system and corrected that license you may proceed now.
If we can assist you further on this subject or any other Humminbird related questions please feel free email us again or contact our Customer Resource Center at 1-800-633-1468 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
