Has anyone had any problems updating their 798ci unit with the new 1-12-2010 update? I downloaded the update just like I've done in the past and my 798ci unit does not seem to recognize there is a new update to install. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried it on a couple of cards and I also double checked the cards to make sure the update was on there. I turned on the unit, restored my defaults, and then inserted the card. At that point my graph says "no new nav data found". Thougts ???

Did you download the file from here or Humminbird?
If you downloaded from here, you may have downloaded the wrong file and thats why the unit does not recognise it. There is a file for 798c and one for the 798ci (internal GPS).

You are correct sir. Thanks for the reply. It worked perfectly when I downloaded it from the humminbird site. I figured I was doing something wrong.
