Title: helix 5 gps

helix 5  ..will not not turn on ..used too..but now green printing appears on left side of screen..will shut down normal, if i dont push any other buttons..if I do then I have to unplug power cable to shut it off..

This scenario sometimes happens when there is inadequate or intermittent power ...

Make sure the battery and connections are good ...

Then call HB if the issue persists ...
