Title: Can't upload gpx to sd card
Post by: rijaskow on June 12, 2012, 06:35:03 PM
I'm unable to upload more than one gpx file from my computer to the SD card, even though I've done it in the past.
If I select several gpx files in HumminbirdPC and click Upload, it only uploads the last file in the list. If I try uploading one by one, it uploads the selected file but deletes whatever on the card, even though I click Add. Everything looks fine in HPC.  I've tried reinstalling several times, going so far as to delete everything Humminbird related on the computer, even in the registry. I've swapped SD cards, rebooted, shut off virus protection and firewalls, created new gpx files and downloaded fresh application files.  I've done lots of GIS work before, so I'm not new at GPS stuff. I've run across frustrating and unintuitive programs in the past and quickly delete them and find something better. That doesn't seem to be an option with Humminbird.
Can anyone give a suggestion? HPC v4.3.3 on WinXP.

I tried this myself and you are correct.  I have reported this to our Engineering Department.  In the meantime you can always select the waypoints from each unit and copy them all into one file and upload that onto the SD card.
