I am in the process of installing my new 1197 and have also installed the XM weather module. The picture that I have does not look anything like the one I saw on line here or in the book. I try to zoom out and it says "over zoom" on the right had corner. The GPS and set up says that it is authorized and I have 4 bars on the signal strength. I also read through the book and can't find any help in this area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

If it say overzoom, it sounds like you are zoomed in too far. Keep zooming out.
Try taking a snapshot and let us see what you are looking at.
