 When I switch frequency views in 2d sonar my 440 490 screen has no returns.is this something with my unit or is it not suppose to show anything?

1st Restore Defaults to get the unit to factory defaults and test  ...

If this issue persists try adjusting the Sensitivity  ... it’s not uncommon to need a different Sensitivity selection for different frequencies  ...

A good general rule for 2d Sonar Sensitivity is to increase Sensitivity until there is too much clutter on the screen and then back it off a little  ...

I did that still no returns or bottom.in simulation mode but the depth readings change like it should.

Also when moving sensitivity up the screen does not change no returns or clutter? Maybe I've got the wrong transducer for the 440/490 frequency. It's a xtm 9 25 t.THANKS!
