I don't think so, as Auto Chart is a pc based program. It comes on a DVD.

Anything that runs Windows.  I use it on My Surface Pro 4.   It is not a very tablet friendly app though; about only advantage you get is pinching to zoom.

To install it I shared the DVD drive on my local on my main PC so I could see it from the tablet.  You could also use an external (USB) DVD drive if you had one.
