Welcome to the Humminbird Side imaging Forums jmc393.

Which Navionics map card?
The 798ci Si model units are able to use some of the Navionics mapping cards but not all of them.

I have a &98 and a 788. Older map cards do work and work very well. I think that the one in my 798 is around five years old. Maybe a little newer. I can look when I get home and post again.

Check here ...

http://www.navionics.com/en/hotmaps-premium

Scroll down to the map and then click on the South Region ...

You will get a popup of the lakes included in that region ...

You would either need the South Region Premium card or the Navionics+ card which has no lakes and then you download only the lakes you want ...
