Navionics HotMaps charts
« on: August 16, 2011, 04:36:35 PM »
I just got my Navionocs Premium HotMaps chip yesterday and went on the water today to check it out. I also installed Navionics PC App. On the PC app and my android app I get these fishing hotspots. Why don't I see them on the map when I use it on my 997C? How can a itransfer them to my units map? Manuallly enter each one?? Thanks

Gonzz,

There are some features that are not used by Humminbird that Navionics has built in.  This could be a feature request for the Humminbird Wish List.

Gonzz:
Under your chart menu, make sure you have the chart detail level set to ALL.
You can't transfer them to your units map.

This is from the PC App. It shows hot spot fishing spots. They are not there on the unit. Chartt detail was on all.

It could be limited by the amount of memory in the unit.
I'd call Navionics and ask them if they know.

Navionics told me it was user data. People are adding these hotspots. They are working on ading it to the unit maps.
