Hi.

I bought a 798sci and to do not yet have any file to test the softwares.

Could they send a file .DAT?

Which software are you referring to? Like Humviewer or SI View? As for sample files, you could create your own pretty easy even if just recording while the boat is out of the water.

I don't have any personally, but I am sure there are a few people who would be willing to share.  

If anyone has a 798c file they want to upload, you can compress or zip the files in their folders and upload them as an attachment. You can do this in Windows by selecting the R000??.DAT and it's corresponding R000?? folder, then right click on one of the files and go to Send-To -> Compressed(zipped) Folder. This way, the files will stay in their correct place and you will only have to upload one file instead of 4 or 5.

I could post a 797s2i file, it will open with humviewer and si view, however, I don't know if you could play it back using your 798 to display it. Let me know if you are interested!
