Autochart pro error

Hi guys I know this question been asked a few times as I have followed some of the chats . I have autochart pro and a zero lines card. First problem I encountered was when trying to add a satellite image to the card . Error notice area to large . Followed the help topics , re-named Ac folder no success and gave up. Next I mapped in grid pattern of my favorite fishing spot , followed the help topics to create a map on zero lines card . When I tried to update I got error area to large . Tried renaming AC folder as suggested and could not create map .

Is there no easy way to fix this problem . I have searched and couldn’t find any videos .
Any help would be appreciated . I have got to a point to get rid of autochart and buy lowrance as this mapping software is so complicated and the help and set up documentation not easy to follow

I haven't seen that error can you post a pic of  exactly what it says???
is it perhaps the error wont fit in custom map area?
