Title: Onix 1000 watt ducer
Post by: JoeyWelch on January 31, 2016, 04:45:49 PM
I need a transom mount 1000watt 50khz ducer to pair with my Onix 10. What are my options? Can I use a Airmar TM260? Do I need some kind of switch to swap between the SI and the 1000 watt?

I need 1000' capability.

I'm lost....

I don't see many options for high wattage xducers compatible with ONIX ...and none are transom mount ...

HB makes a HB TS3 switch for connecting 2 xducers to one head unit but it's for the 7pin xducers ... Not the 14pin like ONIX ...

To my knowledge the XD xducers would be connected using the AS 14 SIDB Y cable to get DI/SI from your stock XT 14 20 HDSI T and 2d from the XD xducer ...

You can contact HB for more info ... If there are more options - they would know before I ...
