Inhave every where in the unit?? how do you turn the trail on??

Are you meaning the breadcrumb trail ...??

I was thinking the trail the 1199 had as you moved around you could see where you have been??

*Press and hold the "Menu" button to get into the main menu system ...
*Cursor down to "Navigation" in the left pane ...
*Cursor right (or press the check mark button) to open the "Navigation" menu ...
*In the Navigation menu cursor down to "Tracks" ...
*Cursor right (or press the check mark button) to open the "Tracks" menu ...

Here is where you can change the tracks defaults and/or record and manage tracks ...
