Title: 597 CI HD DATA CABLE ?

Hi Guys

I have a 597 Ci HD Combo. I want to connect it up to my ICOM DSC VHF radio, obviously i need the GPS data to show up on my Radio for DSC . I note that i have spare slots on the back of my 597, the manual specifies one as '' Communications'' Im not sure if thats the right connection ?

So my questions are

Can the 597 connect to my DSC VHF and if so which cable do i look for online ?

You will need the AS-HHGPS Cable for this to get from the 597 unit to whatever cable/wire connections there are for the Icom DSC Radio.  Instructions will come with the AS-HHGPS Cable.
