Title: 597 ci hd low voltage

switch from 570 to 597ci hd..same base,power cord,transducer..597 works good in similation,but signals low voltage when not in simil.mode..other than low voltage message,it seems to work fine..boat not in water sitting in the driveway..any help appric.  thanks

Charge and check the battery that the unit is powered from.
What is the Low Voltage Alarm menu set to?
What is the voltage being shown on the 570 and 597ci HD units?
How is this unit/station connected to the battery: directly on its own wires or through the boat wiring?

 greg..battery would not hold charge,albeit only 6 months old..new battery good to go now...thanks
