Can anyone upload the firmware:  1197c_6.490.bin ?
to be placed in the download section.

Or is V6.310 the latest before V6.640 ?

Yes, 6.310 was the last.....never was a 6.49 for the 1197

That explains why it wasn't in the download section.

I thought i saw i mentioned in another post by Greg.(of HB offcourse)

will first use V6.310.

If you don't have the heading sensor GPS or anything else that requires a higher rev.  6.310 is the way to go.

Still i've a problem i'm not able to fix !!

I bought a used 1197cxi to finally use de SS Mosaic. (my 997cxi doesn't has Ethernet)
Currently firmware 5.84  (from 6.60 -> 6.30 ->6.18).
IP Adress: 169.254.41.26   ,  Mac Adress:  00:1a:29:00:00:00
I've checked the network cable twice and the connections are perfectly o.k.

On my newly setup Thoughbook MK3 I'm running Win7 ultimate 32 bit.
DrDepth V5.1.8  , firewall enabled on all possible type of networks.
Cable IP-connector is at IP:  192.168.0.217 Dr.Depth is running ok on NMEA !!

In NMEA/COM setting  Humminbird checked  and No NMEA checked.
But with network cable I can't get a connection !
It's just displaying the message "connected to Ethernet, waiting for position data" 

I checked all the forum-post but no solution found yet.

Perhaps any-one having the same problem?
