I have a humviewer picture of what looks like some small gullys or maybe ditches..This area is a small bank between a point and an island..
My home lake is almost 100 years old, and was cleared of timber before flooding,, so there isn't much sunken timber to look at,, just strange contours..

Almost looks like something was drug across the bottom. You are only in 3.5 feet of water. Some one could have pulled something.
Or if lake level was down made a ditch or.....
Looks kinda of normal..

This is a common picture to what I see on one of the lakes I fish. I am will to say this was made in the soil before the lake was built or when the lake is shallow the skagg of the motor dragging on the bottom or a boat dragging.

Made before the lake,,, possible... The bottom is mostly rock there,, so I doubt there'd be any sustained skeg dragging there,,, the depth where the boat is usuallly runs 4-5 foot, but where the gouges are located the water is a little deeper.. Definatly very hard bottom though..
I am wondering if it's from logging before the lake was formed back in the teens..
There are some features like this at the other end of the lake between the main shore and an island,, so I am wondering about if this was done before the lake was formed by man..
