Title: "JURA" Paddlewheel Steamship
Post by: Jolly Roger on June 20, 2009, 08:57:08 AM
Hi all,
I drove up the bottleneck to visit the upper part of the Lake and see how the unit works in bigger depths. I chose the "Jura" as a target, a 42 metres long paddlewheel steamer which sunk in 1864 after colliding with another steamer near Bottighofen / Switzerland.

I think the pictures aren't too bad...

Hi Harald,

Nice picture! Was wondering whether you used 262 Khz as on the screen, or 455 KhZ, I'd suppose you get even more detail at 455 Khz.

Have tried those depths in the sea with 800 Khz, but that renders a very dark image, though in shallow waters it is amazing what it can do at 800 Khz.

Sent more pics!

Greetings,

Reso
