Title: Downloading a trail and uploading to another unit

My friend has a trail saved on his 997 and
We want to save it to a card and put it on my
998 does anyone have a link to a video ?

If this is a Trackplot or a Route, all you have to do is export a copy of his Nav Data (all of his Waypoints, Routes and Tracks) to a memory card, then install the memory card in your unit.  It will automatically load the Nav Data from his unit.

Depending on the software version each of you have in your units:
 - The Export function may be either in the “Waypoints, Routes, Tracks” menu or as a menu by itself (“Export All Nav Data”).
 - You may have to power your 998c Si unit up before installing the memory card with the Nav Data on it.
