Leaving the cards in the 999 unit?
« on: February 17, 2015, 12:54:39 PM »
Is there any harm in leaving the sd card and the lakemaster card in the 999 unit all the time, only removing the cards when putting waypoints on the computer or doing the upgrades?

Welcome to the Humminbird Side imaging Forums BrazosRiverTom.

No, leaving the memory and mapping cards in your 999 unit will not harm them.  It may make it harder to find them later but that might just be me, as I seem to forget where I put things the longer I am on this earth!
