Topic: Interlink Unconnected

My 997 and 898 have been happily connected via Interlink for over a year.  Both units are  now suddenly "unconnected" in the accessory view.  Per other posts, I have tried swapping the two cables on the Interlink with no success.  I cannot access the Interlink menu to perform a reset, since it is not detected on either unit.  Any suggestions?

Have you recently updated the software in either unit?
Have you made any other changes to either unit or its connections?
You may have to contact the Humminbird Customer Resource folks to get this working again as it could be a problem with the InterLink itself.
