Notify feature

Is there a setting where I can turn off the automatic "Notify" of threads I post to...??

I do not wish to receive emails to every thread that I happen to post in..

I know I can click the "Un Notify" button after I post into a thread... But a way to turn the setting off would be more convenient...

Click on profile and scroll down left sidebar to notifications.
You should find what your looking for  ;)
