Added New Feature - Enhanced Profile Header

Added some new enhancements to the profile header.  Your avatar is now a link to your Profile.  New personal and forum stats are also visible.

You can minimize your profile header by clicking the "minimize" "-" button on the top right.  If yours is already minimized, you can open it by clicking on the "+" maximize button.

Here is what it should look like.



Don't forget, your profile is fully customizeable.  You can add an avatar that show up on your post, add images to your profile, there is an about me text area, and also info on Humminbird Units owned, etc.
